Our policy with respect to pediatric appointments requires some explanation...

Appointments can be made daily during office hours by calling us at the number listed above.  Please be aware that some dental procedures require time considerations and secondary appointments will be made with that in mind.  If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may use that time.

As a courtesy, claims will be submitted  to your insurance company for services rendered.  All co-payments, over and above insurance coverage, are due and payable at the time of treatment.

For your convenience we do accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard.  Upon your request, our staff will make specific financial arrangements with you through a Care Creditİ plan.  

We have made it possible for new patients to obtain and fill out patient registration forms prior to their first visit.  This procedure can aid in reducing administrative delay and thereby increase actual treatment time with the doctor.  Current or exiting patients will need to fill out a Medical History Update form.
